NATEC offers you and your company maximum reliability and certainty by calibrating your measurement devices. Working on the development of improved, defined processes and establishing standards, has always been one of NATEC's concerns. We have the DKD / DAkkS accreditation for every area of our measurement devices since 2006, which emphasises the highest possible national and international standard.
The International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) is a worldwide association for the cooperation of national accreditation bodies like DAkkS. All accreditation bodies are operating on an equal standard, this is ensured by the ILAC association. The accreditation of calibration laboratories is carried out in accordance to the standard of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 by the national accreditation body DAkkS, mainly in Germany. E.g. the French counterpart Comité français d'accréditation (COFRAC) is therefore comparable to the DAkkS.
Through the cooperation with the ILAC e.g. DAkkS and COFRAC calibration certificates are recognized equally at an international standard. NATEC uses national and international accredited calibration laboratories for interlaboratory comparisons of our standards and calibration procedures.
In 2009, the accreditation body of the DKD (Deutscher Kalibrierdienst) was transferred to the DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH). The technical committees of the DKD were continued under the auspices of the PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt). NATEC has been significantly involved in the development of an awareness of standards and standardized processes since this time as a full member of the technical committee - our customers continuously benefit from this first-hand expert knowledge.
Thanks to DAkkS accreditation, the traceability of our calibration standards - and thus also the calibration of your measurement technology - to the nationally specified reference standard of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) is guaranteed. As a DAkkS-accredited laboratory, we can offer you this highest standard through primary calibration of our calibration standards. The necessary internal as well as external audits are carried out at close intervals and according to highest ambitious criteria. The main objective of our quality management system: We want you to be able to rely on your measurement results with the highest possible certainty.
In principle, a DAkkS accreditation is the highest possible certification of quality for a calibration laboratory - in our company, this professional procedure is basically set as standard and is also applied for your ISO or factory calibration.
With a DAkkS calibration in our house you get an accredited document with traceability to the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig, or to a national metrological institute.
The calibration procedures in our accredited areas are carried out according to working and process instructions by designated employees. These designated employees have been checked for their qualifications by DAkkS auditors.
They therefore make full use of the competence given by our accredited calibration laboratories.
Our ISO or factory calibration procedure is based on the highest standard of DAkkS calibration. With ISO or factory calibration, we have the possibility to include your customer-specific requirements in the calibration procedure as well as in the calibration certificate. As part of our quality management system, we work according to defined and audited ISO 9001:2015 processes and monitor these according to the same quality standard as for DAkkS calibration.
For this calibration, you will receive an ISO or factory calibration certificate traceable to national/international standards, which also guarantee the highest reliability for you due to our quality standards.
